I get that our lives can be pretty busy and in all the activities and stresses that accompany our daily lives, thinking about our water seems like the least of our problems. You drink water every single day of your life and that will never change. Of the many foods and dishes/drinks that you consume throughout your life, water will always be the constant that will never change as your diet or lifestyle changes. So, it makes sense that because we consume water every single day of our lives until the very end that we should pay more attention to our water more than anything else. We need to know what our water consists of because not doing so will only inevitably push us closer to diseases and conditions that we would never want to experience. Make all the changes you want to your food and activity in order to become healthier, but until you take the necessary steps to ensure that you are drinking nothing but the best water, then you can never really say that you are completely healthy!
