Kyra Milligan is a professional CrossFit athlete based out of Underdog Athletics in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was originally drawn to CrossFit for its community and culture, and has flourished as a rising athlete in the sport. In 2024, she was ranked 22nd world wide and 6th in the USA. Known for her impressive quads, Milligan deadlifted 395lbs at the 2023 Rogue Invitational. Outside of fitness, Milligan is a dental hygienist and loves spending time with her adorable dogs - Rogue and Billie. She is a coffee enthusiast and dedicated to spreading kindness.
